What You'll Do:

As a Driver you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Safely transporting residents to various locations via company car, van, or bus, coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs with them, and maintaining accurate vehicle records.
• Work closely with residents to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
• Assisting in safety preparedness of associates and residents, participating in Safety Committee Meetings, fire drills, and other emergency exercises.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (Chauffer's license is required in the state of Iowa).
• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
