What You'll Do:

• Provide expert non-invasive cardiology care in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings for adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform essential procedures including Electrocardiograms (EKGs).
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, supervising four APCs during your shift.
• Support the ongoing delivery of top-tier cardiovascular services in a busy hospital setting.

Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease, with a focus on Non-Invasive techniques.
• Proven experience in non-invasive cardiology clinical practices.
• Strong knowledge of Electrocardiograms (EKGs) and related diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in a hospital or large clinic setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.
• Experience supervising other healthcare providers or APCs.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of post-residency experience in non-invasive cardiology.
• Current medical licensure and board certification in cardiology.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain credentials within approximately 120 days.
• Local candidates preferred for full-time coverage (Monday – Friday + call).
• No travel outside Richmond; local practice only.
