About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales & Solutions Specialist who enjoys connecting with customers, recommending the right services, and driving strong sales results. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, friendly, and motivated to help customers while actively contributing to store revenue through effective upselling and solution‐based selling.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive first impression
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend the best products and services
- Upsell and cross‐sell printing, shipping, mailbox, and retail services to increase sales
- Build rapport and encourage repeat business through exceptional service
- Support customers with print projects, packaging, and shipping solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, customer‐friendly environment
- Work with the team to meet daily sales goals and deliver fast, friendly service
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable recommending products, upselling, and closing sales
- POS and basic transaction experience helpful
- Ability to stay positive and solution‐focused in a fast‐paced setting
- Print experience is a plus
