Job Description 

We are seeking an Executive Engagement Lead to serve as the senior executive interface between Intellibus and Farmers Market, driving strategic alignment across retail transformation, technology modernization, AI initiatives, and enterprise simplification.

This is a senior executive-facing leadership role responsible for maintaining strong alignment across business and technology leadership, establishing effective executive governance, resolving escalations, and mobilizing the broader Intellibus organization around highest-priority initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of executive presence, enterprise transformation experience, retail industry understanding, and strategic client leadership. You should be comfortable engaging CIO, CTO, COO, CDO, and other senior business executives while navigating complex transformation environments.

You will serve as a senior point of accountability for the relationship, ensuring commitments are clear, issues are resolved quickly, the right Intellibus capabilities are engaged, and strategic priorities remain aligned across both organizations. This role is particularly suited to someone who has operated at the intersection of retail, AI transformation, omnichannel, technology modernization, and enterprise change.

What We're Specifically Looking For

We are targeting senior executive engagement, client leadership, strategic account, consulting, or transformation leaders who have managed complex enterprise relationships and worked directly with C-level stakeholders.

Experience should include:

• Owning strategic enterprise client relationships and account strategy.
• Working directly with C-level business and technology leadership.
• Establishing executive governance and engagement cadences.
• Managing escalations, critical issues, and executive decisions.
• Coordinating multiple internal teams and capabilities around client priorities.
• Maintaining alignment across business, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
• Building trusted relationships with senior client leadership.
• Identifying opportunities to expand strategic partnerships based on client priorities.

The ability to represent the client internally while simultaneously representing Intellibus externally is critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall executive relationship and account strategy.
• Maintain alignment across business and technology leadership.
• Establish and manage executive governance, engagement cadence, escalations, and key decisions.
• Serve as a senior point of accountability for the overall client relationship.
• Mobilize the appropriate Intellibus leaders, teams, and capabilities around highest priorities.
• Ensure commitments are clearly defined, coordinated, tracked, and delivered.
• Identify and resolve relationship, delivery, and organizational issues that require executive intervention.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment between leadership and the broader Intellibus organization.
• Ensure leadership remains aligned on priorities, outcomes, expectations, and commitments.
• Identify opportunities to deepen the strategic partnership based on business and technology priorities.
• Represent Intellibus at senior executive and strategic planning discussions.
• Help shape the broader account strategy and long-term partnership.

Required Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in executive engagement, strategic account management, client leadership, consulting, technology services, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing strategic enterprise client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing executive governance, escalations, and strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to align business, technology, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience mobilizing cross-functional internal teams around strategic client priorities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and transformation environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term executive relationships.
• Strong commercial and strategic account mindset.
• Ability to identify opportunities to expand and deepen strategic client partnerships.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and escalation management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and high-ambiguity enterprise environments.

Compensation: $80-$100/hr.
