What You'll Do
- Provide specialized orthopaedic trauma care to patients within the hospital's trauma unit
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for complex traumatic injuries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency procedures as needed
- Support hospital protocols and quality standards for trauma services
What You Need
Required:
- Valid WA state medical license or eligibility
- Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery (Board Certified or Eligible)
- Experience in trauma or orthopaedic surgery preferred
Preferred:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospital trauma settings
