Digital Marketing Manager

Location: DeLand, FL Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Opportunity to Grow with a Legacy Aviation Brand East Coast Aircraft is looking for a results‑driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to take our online presence to the next level. With over 25 years of excellence in aircraft paint and interior, were ready to expand our reach and we need a digital pro to help us do it. If you live and breathe digital campaigns, love tracking ROI, and want the freedom to make a real impact, lets talk. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, SEO, social, email, etc.) Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions (ROI, CTR, etc.) Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages Contribute content to blogs, newsletters, and digital marketing assets Analyze user behavior and optimize the conversion funnel to reduce drop-offs Set measurable goals goal: double website traffic within 12 months Occasionally communicate with clients to gather feedback and improve messaging Stay up to date with industry trends and marketing innovations Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience Proven experience with SEO and online advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, etc.) Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus: Background in aviation, luxury services, or niche B2B markets What You'll Get: A key role in shaping the future of our brands digital presence Competitive salary + potential bonuses based on performance Creative freedom and direct access to aircraft content for campaigns Fun, close‑knit team with real passion for aviation Hybrid work flexibility (after onboarding) The chance to build something meaningful and measurable Lets elevate the future of aviation marketing together. #J-18808-Ljbffr East Coast Aircraft
