Active Iowa physical therapy license or ability to obtain required state license prior to the assignment start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or transitional care environments preferred. Experience with Net Health and Clinicient documentation systems preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations typical for traveler roles (approximately 82%–85%) preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (transitional care focus).
