Description Program Manager – Maintenance & Operations / Supply & Logistics | U.S. Army Reserve Command, 99th Readiness Division Position: Full-Time / On-Site Duty Location: Assigned 99th Readiness Division Government facility; Fort Dix (Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst), New Jersey 08640. JOIN OUR TEAM! Caladwich is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command’s 99th Readiness Division. This key personnel role manages maintenance and equipment operations, logistics, supply, and property accountability services and serves as the central contractor point of contact with the Government. This position directly supports Army Reserve equipment readiness and mission execution across the 99th Readiness Division’s area of responsibility. The PM leads personnel and resources to deliver reliable, accountable, and responsive support to supported units. Core Responsibilities Serve as the central contractor point of contact with the Government and exercise authority over daily contract operations. Manage maintenance and equipment operation services, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, stored-equipment exercise programs, and transportation coordination. Oversee logistics and supply support, including property accountability, inventory management, storage operations, and logistics administrative services. Direct contractor personnel across primary and geographically dispersed work locations; allocate staffing and workloads to maintain uninterrupted mission support. Manage resource planning, employee supervision, work schedules, budget control, research, and customer deliverables. Implement and maintain quality control procedures, performance monitoring, inspections, and corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate training support and operational priorities with Government customers, site leadership, and technical personnel. Prepare and review required reports and contract deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Operational Support Monitor maintenance work orders, equipment readiness, supply readiness, manpower, financial data, and other performance trends. Oversee Government-furnished property controls, inventories, accountability records, and protection of equipment and materials. Ensure contract activities follow applicable Army and DoD policies, technical publications, local procedures, and safety and environmental requirements. Coordinate required use of Army logistics systems and automation tools, including GCSS-Army, AESIP, MMIS, and Logistics Information Warehouse. Coordinate increased operational tempo, emergency support, exercises, and deployment-related workload requirements. Communicate performance issues to the Government and Caladwich leadership and oversee resolution of customer concerns. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of experience in maintenance management, equipment operation, exercise programs, budget, and transportation. Minimum five (5) years of logistics management experience in property accountability and supply. Experience managing 20–40 personnel for Maintenance & Operations and 20 personnel for Supply & Logistics, within and outside the primary workspace. Demonstrated skills in managing assigned resources, including supervision, scheduling, budget control, research, report preparation, and customer deliverables. Valid U.S. state-issued Class D driver’s license. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate clearly with coworkers, Government customers, and the public. Ability to use a personal computer and the software and applications needed for assigned duties. Other Requirements U.S. citizenship is required unless the Government approves an exception under Army Regulation 25-2. Must have, at minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) before beginning contract performance and maintain the required eligibility throughout performance. Must obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) during the contract phase-in period and comply with installation access, information security, and identification requirements. Complete required security, safety, and other contract training; maintain certifications applicable to assigned duties. When operating vehicles or equipment, maintain the applicable training, licensing, certification, and road-testing requirements under AR 600-55. Must be available between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or Government administrative closures. During key events or increased operational tempo, PM/APM availability may be required up to 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
