Job Title Physical Therapist Location Georgia | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 13 Weeks | Two days 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and three days 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction Completes medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities Participates in student programs as assigned, providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations Adheres to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory agency requirements; maintains professional licensure in good standing and fulfills all state-mandated continuing education requirements Promotes patient and employee safety through safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and adherence to all clinic safety policies and procedures Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (Georgia) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Ability to complete documentation and goal writing in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines Commitment to maintaining professional standards and adhering to discipline-specific codes of conduct Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in an outpatient therapy setting Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students Active involvement in continuing education and professional development activities Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with a strong emphasis on patient safety, quality care, and professional growth Supportive clinical setting that encourages individualized professional development and participation in performance improvement initiatives Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 773004.
