Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Louisiana Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSummaryWe're looking for a Louisiana LCSW who wants to do solid clinical work without the commute. You'll meet with clients by video, guide them through practical therapy goals, and keep documentation clean so care stays organized and consistent.ResponsibilitiesProvide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for clients across LouisianaComplete intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment planningDocument sessions, progress, and plan updates in the EHRUse evidence-based therapy approaches that fit the client's needsFollow safety protocols, including risk assessment and escalation steps when requiredCoordinate referrals and next-step resources when appropriate
