Engineering Program Manager - Onsite

Medtronic seeks an Engineering Program Manager to lead operational readiness and strategy for new product introductions in the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health business. The role serves as the primary operations representative on cross-functional product development teams, driving manufacturing and supply chain integration from concept through commercialization in a regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations planning and execution for new product introduction programs
• Serve as primary Operations representative on cross-functional core product development teams
• Coordinate manufacturing and supply chain risk identification, mitigation, and schedule management
• Develop manufacturing strategies including site selection, make-versus-buy decisions, and capacity planning
• Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements and Design History File documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years program/project management experience, or Master's in Engineering/MBA with 3+ years
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in product development, manufacturing, or operations
• Demonstrated ability managing program schedules, risks, budgets, and execution deliverables
• Experience supporting product commercialization, manufacturing transfer, or new product introduction
• Background working in regulated industry environments
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, or Design for Six Sigma certification preferred
