Litigation ParalegalHERS Advisors has partnered with a full-service California based law firm who is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to work in their Downtown, Los Angeles or Orange County office (hybrid). The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for performing the full range of litigation paralegal tasks from case inception through discovery, trial, post-trial proceedings, and case closure.Responsibilities for Litigation Paralegal:Manage assigned cases and their related tasks and projects from case inception through discovery, trial, post-trial proceedings, and case closureAssist with client document collection and witness interviewsAssist in propounding discovery and other statutory requests; assist attorneys with document review and production; prepare and review case files; discovery and trial documents in all aspects of case managementPrepare complex wage and hour analyses in ExcelDeposition and trial preparation and supportRequirements for Litigation Paralegal:Must meet California Business & Professional Code §6450 requirements; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred5+ years of substantive litigation experienceMust have strong knowledge of state and federal court rulesE-filing experience in state and federal courtsComprehensive knowledge of all facets of the litigation lifecycle: case management, document review, and trial experienceProficiency in e-discovery and litigation support tools such as CaseMap, Ipro, and RelativityProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with employment/ wage & hour litigation is a plus.Salary range: 90-100k.
