Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews (5–15+ workers) Run daily jobsite operations for re‑roof, tear‑off, and new construction Install and oversee TPO, PVC, BUR, foam, and metal roofing systems Read and execute blueprints, specs, and scopes of work Enforce OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inspections Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents Track labor, materials, and progress (Raken, Procore, or similar) Train crew members on installation, safety, and tools Manage punch lists and support project closeout What We’re Looking For 5+ years of commercial roofing experience; 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role. Proficiency in at least three commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, or foam. Experience with flat and low-slope commercial roofing installations. Strong blueprint reading, layout, and jobsite coordination skills. OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish)preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on commercial rooftops. Comfortable working at heights, on scaffolding, and in active construction environments.
