Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring production equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing maintenance teams, and a proven background in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance activities.
• Support troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Maintain and improve reliability of production equipment, including injection molding, blow molding, and packaging systems.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and meet operational goals.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, quality, and productivity.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years of leadership, supervisory, or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, packaging equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery preferred.
• Ability to read technical documents and maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
