Venture Together, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer residential, day, community habilitation, respite and employment services, an equestrian program as well as an integrated summer camp.

Agency Requirements

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing.

ASSISTANT RESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with eligibility for QIDP OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must obtain and maintain AMAP Certification. Must successfully participate in all required trainings. Must demonstrate organizational and supervisory ability.

JOB SUMMARY:  
The primary role of the Assistant Residential Director is to support the Residential Director in providing a quality residential experience for the individuals residing in an Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) while ensuring their health and safety. The Assistant Residential Director will be responsible for the documentation and coordination of medical services required for the individuals living in the residence. Additionally, the Assistant Residential Director will work closely with the Residential Director to supervise and support staff, to complete required administrative tasks and to actively participate in the planning and delivery of program services to each residence of the home.

The Assistant Residential Director shares in on-call responsibilities for the program.

The Assistant Residential Director reports to the Residential Director.

Salary ranges: $25.25 – $27.25 per hour

Monday – Friday OR Sunday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Saturday 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Hours: 40 hours per week
