Responsibilities Support recruitment process duties Apply knowledge of recruiting procedures Handle bookkeeping tasks as needed Process payroll responsibilities Complete data entry tasks Provide client customer services when needed Requirements Recruiting experience for this position (minimum 1 to 2 years ) Experience and familiarity with the recruiter process Ability to assist both Front and Back office with recruitment and bookkeeping when needed Bookkeeping experience Proficiency with QuickBooks Proficiency with Microsoft Word Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision Bilingual: Spanish Tools & Technologies QuickBooks Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Schedule Monday to Friday Job Type Full-time Pay $14.00 per hour $14.00 + based on experience Location Onsite (in person) Johnson City, TN 37604 (Required) Relocation Relocate before starting work to Johnson City, TN 37604 (Required) Benefits Health insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Employment Solutions
