Facilitates communication between sending and receiving facilities, including the use of telephone, computer software, and other communication and documentation tools. Documents a record of the encounter. Utilizes clinical expertise, critical thinking, and demonstrated knowledge of unit-specific admission and discharge criteria. Qualifications Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required RN graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
