$15/hr Base + 1% Commission + Weekly Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do

Canvass assigned Tulsa neighborhoods door-to-door
Start genuine conversations and build trust with homeowners
Educate on window replacement solutions — no pressure
Set qualified appointments and own your results

What You Earn

$15/hour base — guaranteed
1% commission on every closed sale
Weekly bonuses for hitting performance targets
