Desired Experience and Skills:

• Active state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, preferably K-12
• Comfortable working in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
• Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and compliance
• Ability to consult and collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized goals and intervention plans
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning
• Deliver therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision opportunities
