Position Summary

Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel this role you will assist with travel research coordinate reservation requests maintain accurate travel records and provide support to clients throughout the travel planning process. This position is performed remotely using online communication and reservation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching destinations accommodations cruises vacation packages and travel experiences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and verify booking details with travel suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone email and online communication platforms.
• Provide helpful travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
• Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation.
• Follow company policies procedures and customer service standards.
• Support clients with travel-related questions before and after reservations are finalized.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers web-based applications and email.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.
• Previous experience in travel hospitality customer service administrative support or a related field is preferred but not required.
