School Occupational Therapist - Stafford, Virginia

What You'll Do:

• Deliver both direct and indirect occupational therapy services according to students' IEPs
• Assess and evaluate students to identify individual therapy needs
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that foster student progress
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure cohesive support
• Maintain detailed documentation and stay current with state and district requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise toward meaningful goals
• Offer interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Virginia OT license or eligibility to obtain one
• School-based experience is a plus, but entry-level practitioners with a passion for education are encouraged to apply
• Skillful communicator who thrives in collaborative environments

Role Details:

• Serve K-12 students across grade levels
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, in sync with the school calendar (including holidays and breaks)
