Senior Product Manager, Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Job ID: 508848 Location: Peachtree Corners, Georgia, USA Salary: $102,459 - $175,644 annually (target incentive 10% of base salary, actual wage may vary) We are looking for a Low Voltage Distribution and Circuit Protection Product Manager. This position is in Peachtree Corners, GA. As a transformative Product Manager with a deep understanding of electrical distribution and a passion for data centers, you will lead and grow key Made‑to‑Order low voltage gear and power distribution product lines. Responsibilities Strategic Product Leadership: Own the product lifecycle roadmap for specific MTO low voltage distribution products, focusing on data center needs. Market & Portfolio Growth: Develop portfolio strategies, define project scopes, and create business cases to increase profit and market share. Execution & Launch Excellence: Oversee project execution with cross‑functional teams, orchestrate launches, and lead phase‑out activities. Financial Stewardship: Manage pricing, conduct financial planning, and make data‑driven decisions impacting multi‑million dollar profit targets. Customer & Market Engagement: Serve as technical point of contact for key customers, identify evolving market needs, and translate them into product requirements; collaborate with sales to optimize go‑to‑market strategies. Travel: 20% travel (1–2 times per month). Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other STEM field. 6+ years of experience in product management, design, or customer solution engineering in the electrical distribution and circuit protection industry. Extensive knowledge of low voltage distribution markets and data center applications. Experience identifying, defining, and implementing customer requirements through PLM. Deep understanding of sales channels and go‑to‑market strategies. Strong financial analysis and strategic decision‑making skills. Analytical skills with Microsoft Excel. Project management skills leading cross‑functional teams. Legal authorization to work in the United States permanently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales, business development, finance, or operations. Experience in a factory or product production environment. Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
