This position is expected to provide excellent customer service to all visitors and display a vast knowledge of the facility's programs and offerings.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Act as a liaison between the venue and the guestsProvide superior customer serviceRegister guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc. Help ensure compliance with all cash handling proceduresBe knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times) Operate multi-line phones Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and team member information Professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to the appropriate Manager Maintain a clean space and perform regular walk-throughs (indoor/outdoor) to ensure venue cleanlinessService as point person on shiftComplete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years of ageFlexible work schedule nights, weekends, holidaysExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skills, detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and work well with othersCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift 50 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
