Position summary

This role offers genuine leadership responsibility. The Regional Sales Manager manages and grows a large, high-value sales pipeline while leading a talented team across multiple locations. The role includes the flexibility to choose a home base between two showrooms, and the opportunity to shape how the team delivers an exceptional, white-glove experience to every client. The role comes with strong pay, a structured bonus plan, and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and elevate a team of sales associates
• Take ownership of a large, high-value sales pipeline and drive its continued growth
• Travel between two showroom locations, with choice of home base
• Build long-term relationships with clients, as well as designers, architects, and other industry partners, through consultative, high-end appliance sales, not one-time transactions
• Set the tone for an exceptional, white-glove customer experience
• Mentor associates on how to truly listen to and take care of each client throughout their buying journey

Qualifications

• A proven sales leader who knows how to manage and grow a large pipeline
• Experienced in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment
• Skilled at building trust and guiding clients toward a decision, never through pressure
• Polished and credible with an affluent clientele and the design professionals they work with
• A hospitality background is preferred but not required
• Able to travel between locations
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team
