We are currently looking for a Certified Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing wheel alignments, diagnosing suspension and steering concerns, and handling tire service work in a fast-paced shop environment while maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform precise wheel alignments on passenger vehicles and light trucks Diagnose suspension, steering, and tire wear concerns Inspect vehicles for worn or damaged steering and suspension components Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, flat repairs, and replacements Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify alignment and drivability concerns Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors and team members Maintain alignment equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements Follow proper safety procedures and shop policies at all times Properly document work performed and recommended repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with additional shop duties as needed Qualifications Certified Alignment Technician experience required High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required Strong understanding of suspension, steering, and tire wear diagnostics Experience operating alignment racks, tire machines, and balancing equipment Ability to diagnose drivability and alignment-related concerns accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Ability to lift heavy tires and perform physically demanding work Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills ASE certifications are a plus Technical or vocational automotive training is a plus Company Overview At Point S Moab, our team has a common goal of providing exceptional service to our customers, while also ensuring that each employee feels valued, respected, and engaged in contributing to the success.
