• Prior background as a paraprofessional or behavior specialist, preferably in a school setting (school experience is a plus but not required)

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptable, patient, and skilled at providing targeted behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Support three young students with individualized behavioral and academic goals
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions as part of daily routines
• Monitor and document student progress, reporting key observations to educational staff
• Assist in creating a supportive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
