- Lead cost accounting for production-standard costs, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
- Partner with operations to uncover efficiencies and control costs
- Deliver actionable financial insights to leadership
- Drive month-end close, reporting, and continuous process improvements
- Strong manufacturing cost accounting experience
- Sharp analytical mindset with ERP/Excel expertise
- Ability to translate data into business impact
