Job Description
- Manage accounts payable and receivable , including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Process driver payroll , settlements, and reimbursements
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and fuel accounts
- Monitor and track operating expenses such as fuel, maintenance, tolls, and insurance
- Prepare and maintain financial reports , including profit and loss statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IFTA, and tax reporting requirements
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and management for financial accuracy
- Support audits and work with external accountants when needed
