This contract-based role focuses on providing crucial speech-language pathology services in an educational setting, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current or in-progress ASHA CCC or CFY status
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy settings
• Ability to support a varied caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to collaborative practices with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students in need
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records and therapy documentation as required by school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and other professional meetings as necessary
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ needs
