Flex Laborer/ Small Equipment Operator

Equipment Operator, Flex Labor & Rail Yard Worker

We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions involving light equipment operation, labor, and rail yard work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
Knowledge of rail yard operations, basic hand tools, and light equipment handling.
Knowledge on safely operating tele-handlers, skid steers and other related equipment.
Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Welding aptitude is a plus
Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
