C&D Home Solutions is looking for a skilled Painter to join our growing team in Hoover, AL! Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer

Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, siding

Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction

Maintain and clean tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members on job sites

Requirements:

Prior experience in residential or commercial painting preferred

Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting best practices

Ability to work with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Hoover, AL

Professional, dependable, and customer-friendly attitude
