Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a Strategic Planner in Chantilly, Virginia. Responsibilities Build and sustain strategic plans with senior leadership and stakeholders Identify mission priorities, growth opportunities, and conduct planning sessions Evaluate organizational design and recommend structural enhancements aligned with strategic objectives Identify organizational changes, process improvements, and restructuring initiatives Track progress, brief leadership, and coordinate cross‑team alignment on strategic goals Assess data, deliver actionable recommendations, and maintain organizational documentation and metrics Items 3.1.1. thru 3.1.6 will assist with overall strategic tradecraft development and documentation on focused areas such as tech as a target, tracking of requirements, and documentation of the evolution of cyber‑Al capabilities Required Qualifications Proficiency using IC‑specific databases Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders Experience managing initiatives in dynamic, multi‑faceted environments Proven experience leading coordination across organizational boundaries and integrating diverse capabilities and resources Desired Qualifications The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is $210,000 - 225,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee.
