Full-time 1099 therapists can earn up to $145,000 annually based on visit volume. Whether you want a few PRN visits a week or a full-time income with W-2 benefits, we have an option that fits. Most therapists are seeing patients within two weeks of joining. What the Role Looks Like: Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Yonkers. Develop and manage individualized plans of care with full clinical autonomy. Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, upper extremity function, and ADL performance. 1:1 care every visit — no double-booking, ever. Complete timely clinical documentation with admin team support for scheduling and logistics. Manage your caseload based on your availability and chosen employment structure. Compensation: PRN: $72 per follow-up visit | $85 per evaluation Part-Time W-2: $65 per follow-up visit | $75 per evaluation Full-Time W-2 Tiered: $55–$70 per follow-up visit (increases with volume) | $75 per evaluation Full-Time 1099 Tiered: $70–$80 per follow-up visit (increases with volume) | $85 per evaluation — earn up to $145,000 annually Full-Time Salary: $92,000–$110,000 annually Benefits (W-2 Employees): Medical, dental & vision PTO & paid holidays 401(k) Student loan repayment CEU support Commuter package Quarterly wellness stipend Childcare assistance Equipment provided What Else You Get: Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan — get paid for up to 2 qualifying cancellations per month we can't replace. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently in a home-based setting. Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
