Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferred destinations dates interests accommodation needs and budgets.
• Research resorts cruises hotels vacation packages transportation activities and excursions.
• Compare available options and prepare organized recommendations for client review.
• Explain general amenities package inclusions reservation policies and available services.
• Assist clients with completing reservations and reviewing confirmation details.
• Verify traveler names dates and other important information for accuracy.
• Monitor payment deadlines documentation needs and reservation requirements.
• Provide clients with preparation reminders and relevant destination information.
• Communicate applicable changes or reservation updates promptly.
• Maintain organized and confidential client records.
• Follow up with clients before and after their vacations.
• Complete required training and participate in continuing education.
• Develop client relationships through personal marketing networking repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Applicants must reside in the United States or Mexico.
