Job Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and interviews Analyze and map current business processes and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities Assist in developing functional and technical specifications for new systems or enhancements Support testing, implementation, and post-implementation of new systems while providing user assistance Identify and document project risks, issues, and prepare training materials and user documentation Skills/Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Clear written and verbal communication skills — ability to translate complex information simply Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across active projects Familiarity with business process documentation or requirements gathering is a plus Additional Information Ideal for early-career candidates looking to launch a career in business analysis or project support Gain hands‑on exposure to real projects, stakeholder engagement, and system development lifecycles Pay Range : $25.00 – $27.00/hour YUPRO Placement is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr YUPRO Placement
