Equipment Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking dedicated Equipment Operators to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, equipment operating experience and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Operator

Location: Washington, MO

Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour 

Shift: Day Shift (Monday through Friday)

What's the Job?

• Operate high rise forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (for certain positions)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and timely
• Assist in loading and hauling materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations and tasks

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends
