The member services representative will provide exceptional customer service to club members and staff during the overnight shift. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership, retail, and tanning product sales, promoting membership privileges, processing new member enrollments, checking members in accordance with company procedures, answering phones, communicating special events, facilitating member requests, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and performing opening and closing checklists. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a service‑oriented position. Strong communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing. CPR/AED certification required (obtainable within 30 days of hire). High school diploma or GED. Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs; prolonged standing and walking required.
