Scrum MasterLocation: Virginia, VA Type: Contract Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remoteResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous team improvement.Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Agile best practices and principles.Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.Support the development team in removing impediments to ensure smooth progress of sprint deliverables.Monitor, track, and report on team performance metrics and sprint progress.Support the adoption of Agile methodologies across teams and departments as needed.Requirements5-10+ years of Scrum Master experienceStrong preference for candidates with 10+ years of experienceExperience supporting Agile teams in complex enterprise environmentsStrong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skillsSAFe and Scrum certifications are preferredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
