CDL-A OTR Driver - Home Every 2 Weeks - Rider & Pet Friendly Job Type: Driving Now hiring Class A drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience for an OTR position running all 48 states, mostly Colorado and east, with no forced dispatch to NYC or Long Island. Drivers are out 12 days and home for 48 hours, with home time occurring roughly every two weeks. Pay & Benefits: Average weekly pay: $1,400 to $2,100+ depending on experience and miles Starting rate: $0.57 CPM at 3 months experience, up to $0.62 CPM at 2+ years, and up to $0.64 CPM at 10+ years Monthly safety bonus Sign-on bonus: $4,000 total, paid as $500 after your first load, then $500 every 30 days for 5 months, with $1,000 paid at month 6 Vehicle & Schedule: 100% no touch freight, 65% drop and hook Runs all 48 states, majority of freight is Colorado and east No forced dispatch to NYC or Long Island 2021 and newer Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmission, APU, and 1,250-watt inverter Auto restriction accepted Bring a rider and a pet from day one What We’re Looking For At least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR) in the last 3 years, with a 40' trailer; trainer or driving school time does not count A clean recent violation history with no major moving violations in the last 12 months No major at-fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (including injury accidents, jackknifes, or rollovers) A generally clean overall accident record over the last 2 years If previously terminated for safety, 6 months of clean driving with another carrier is required Apply now and our recruiting team will reach out to fast-track your hiring process.
