Directly plan, manage, and monitor education services, including teaching and the learning environment, curricula, ongoing assessment, home visits and family conferences, coaching, and education in the home-based program Collaborate with the Education Assistance team to support our staff in furthering their education through college coursework Supervises a team of coaches, ensuring teachers and Parent Educators receive quality coaching and mentoring. Requirements EDUCATION/TRAINING: Minimum: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Preferred: Master’s degree with coursework in Early Childhood Education. Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education. EXPERIENCE: Five years of experience teaching children ages birth to six. Engagement with families in a management/supervisor role. Early Head Start/Head Start/NC Pre-K experience preferred. Experience and/or knowledge of Practice-Based Coaching preferred.
