We believe a rich personal life enhances professional success. Who We Want Family Law Attorney with at least three years of family law experience (considering less for exceptional candidates). Progressive, solution-focused, and non-judgmental. Comfortable learning to hold a safe space for clients' experiences. Passionate about changing the traditional handling of family law cases. Can-do attitude, works well independently and as part of a team. What You Will Do Maintain excellent client communication and develop strong, trusting relationships with clients. Positively represent our firm and brand in court, in the community, and online. Manage a caseload from start to finish. Conduct potential client interviews and develop a tailored strategy for each case. Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial. Handle discovery, manage document review, and case preparation. Review pleadings, motions, and orders, and conduct legal research as needed. Participate in regular trauma-informed care training. Become a trained mediator and complete collaborative family law training. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of Missouri. At least three years of family law practice (considering less for exceptional candidates). A passion for providing trauma-informed care. Progressive, solution-focused, and non-judgmental approach to client work. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail.
