PetWow is a family-owned veterinary company founded in 1971. We operate two Northern Kentucky hospitals and a fleet of mobile wellness vehicles serving the Greater Cincinnati area. Our mission is simple: strengthen people and pets by making pet care easy.

We are searching for an engaging, compassionate, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, receptionists play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position supports both our clients and veterinary team by managing front desk operations, coordinating communication, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a smooth flow of daily appointments and services. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires flexibility in scheduling across our full range of operating hours as well as the ability to float between our hospital locations (all within a 15-mile radius). Schedules vary based on business needs and are not fixed week to week. This position requires consistent availability- not compatible with an in-person school schedule or long-term schedule restrictions.

- Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally in all interactions
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities throughout the day
- Support efficient patient flow and communication between clients and veterinary staff
- Maintain a professional and organized reception environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional client service
