Salary: $60,700 - 106,300 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of experience delivering IT client, server, and network services.
• We require 4+ years of experience in IT systems or a related commercial production environment.
• We require 4+ years of networking experience, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI model, and TCP/IP.
• We require 4+ years of experience with Microsoft administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS CLI.
• We require 4+ years of troubleshooting in a high-availability, multi-user environment.
• We require 4+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and decommissioning.
• We require a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 3+ years supporting a Windows Server environment.
• Preferred: experience supporting video conferencing and teleconferencing equipment.

• We troubleshoot complex IT issues without standard operating procedures.
• We plan and coordinate change management activities and templates.
• We collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver projects.
• We drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• We review the quality of completed work and provide constructive feedback when needed.
• We automate manual processes and build or enhance small tools to improve team efficiency.
• We act as the first escalation point for customer or technical issues.
• We participate in hiring, training, and development activities for others.
• We support customers across multiple buildings in the area, including remote users.
• We travel within the local or regional area to support customers.
