Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dentist to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities and are looking for a provider who values quality care, strong patient relationships, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop and present treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Follow all infection control and clinical safety standards
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate and professional care

Qualifications

• Active  California Dental License required
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and treatment excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous clinical experience preferred, but motivated providers are encouraged to apply
