Complete Commercial Sanitation, Waste Management & Cleaning, LLC is urgently hiring dependable Commercial Office Cleaners, Janitorial Technicians, Custodians, and Cleaning Crew Members to join our growing team. We provide professional commercial cleaning and janitorial services for office buildings, medical offices, corporate facilities, and other commercial properties throughout the LaGrange and Newnan areas.

Commercial Cleaning Job Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will help maintain clean, sanitary, and professional work environments by performing duties that include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing office buildings, conference rooms, reception areas, and common spaces
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and employee break rooms
• Vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining hard floor surfaces
• Dusting desks, furniture, windowsills, fixtures, and office equipment
• Cleaning interior glass, mirrors, doors, and entryways
• Emptying trash and recycling containers and replacing liners
• Restocking restroom and kitchen supplies
• Operating commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Following company cleaning procedures and OSHA safety guidelines
• Reporting maintenance issues and completing quality inspections before leaving each facility

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, office cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, environmental services (EVS), or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, walking, standing, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Ability to work evenings, nights, or flexible schedules if required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Background check may be required
