Responsibilities Create a polished, welcoming first impression for prospects and residents. Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into property tours. Showcase residences and amenities to generate new leases. Deliver exceptional resident service, including lead conversions, management of leasing files and execution, concierge-level assistance, and maintenance coordination. Participate in leasing coverage as needed. Community networking and outreach. Qualifications Previous leasing, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience. Communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, driven, polished, and customer service oriented. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
