Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary The Senior Program Analyst will work closely with existing team members and be a motivated self‑starter capable of working independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to interface with the team, program leadership and the customer. Location: Washington DC, District of Columbia, United States. Job Duties Prepare and review acquisition documentation Prepare and review financial documentation Review and coordinate contracting documentation and actions Prepare and present senior‑level briefings (POM brief, budgets) Provide action‑item tracking, meeting coordination, facilitation and attendance Assist in the development and reviews of Engineering Technical Work Packages Provide individual and organizational capability in Engineering to the customer as a service Maintain a digital archive of engineering documentation Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis Minimum 5 years of experience in a client‑facing Customer Service position Minimum 5 years of experience working in U.S. Navy Programs or operations Active Secret DoD Clearance Preferred Qualifications High level acquisition, contracting and briefing experience (e.g., POM brief, budgets) Advanced Degree in a business or technical field Compensation The starting pay range for this role is $112,942 - $188,238. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
