Position: Mobile Pet Groomer — Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Warner Robins, GA and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time = 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts. Part-time = 1–3 days/week, depending on availability.
Pay: Commission-based pay with expected earnings of $900-1,300+ per week depending on schedule and service mix. Groomers keep 100% of tips.
Position Type: W-2 employee role.

Job Summary
Join our dynamic and growing team as a Mobile Pet Groomer, as a part-time or full-time groomer, where you will bring professional grooming services directly to pet owners’ homes and local communities.  As a Mobile Pet Groomer, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized grooming experiences in a safe, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring every pet receives the attention and care they deserve. Your positive attitude and animal handling skills will make a lasting difference in the lives of pets and their owners alike.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes or designated locations to perform pet grooming services using mobile grooming units equipped with necessary tools and supplies
• Safely handle and restrain animals during grooming procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
• Provide grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and styling according to client specifications
• Assess each pet’s health and behavior; communicate any concerns or abnormalities to pet owners or veterinary professionals when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming equipment and mobile units to ensure a hygienic environment
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and offering pet care advice when appropriate
• Manage appointments efficiently to maximize service delivery while maintaining a positive experience for pets and owners

Skills

• Proven experience in pet grooming with knowledge of different breeds’ grooming requirements
• Strong animal handling skills with the ability to safely restrain dogs of various sizes and temperaments
• Background in veterinary technician or assistant roles, veterinary experience, or animal care is highly desirable
• Familiarity with dog training techniques and dog handling best practices
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary (e.g., lifting large dogs into grooming tubs or mobile units)
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities
• Knowledge of pet sitting, animal restraint techniques, and kennel experience is a plus
• Experience working with veterinary professionals or in veterinary clinics enhances your suitability for this role
• Cat grooming experience is preferred but not required

Why Join Us

As a Full-time groomer work, 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts. As a Part-time groomer, work 1–3 days/week, depending on availability.
Pay: Approximately $45,000–$65,000+ annual earning potential as your recurring client schedule builds. Actual earnings are based on services performed and commission production.
