Tax Forms Specialist

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the part-time Tax Forms Specialist will create, maintain, and validate printable tax forms and instructions remotely, ensuring compliance with federal and state specifications while partnering with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain federal and state tax forms and instructions using document creation and PDF editing tools Review IRS and state agency specifications and create, edit, and validate PDF bookmarks and navigation elements Proofread forms and instructional documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency standards Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred 0-2 years of experience in creating or maintaining forms, documents, or similar production materials Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or related applications Ability to interpret detailed specifications and government agency requirements Strong proofreading skills with a commitment to quality
