Order Management Specialist

Detail-oriented and experienced, the Order Management Specialist will support post-sales operations in a fully remote, 3-month contract position by reviewing purchase documentation, validating order accuracy, and coordinating the flow of approved orders through fulfillment. Key responsibilities Examine purchase orders and related documents for completeness and accuracy before processing Convert validated sales information into accurate system orders while maintaining service standards Partner with internal stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance with contractual requirements Required qualifications Prior experience in order management, billing support, or similar administrative functions Working knowledge of purchase order review, order entry, and approval workflows Experience using Salesforce or comparable systems for order management Strong understanding of contract compliance and documentation standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
